Refund and Cancellation Policy

We would rather refund a month than keep a subscriber who isn't getting value. The rules are short.

Free trial

Every subscription starts with a free sample of the current week's signals and then a 14-day trial at no charge, with a brief every day there is something new. No card is needed to start; before the trial ends you get one e-mail about continuing. Nothing is charged unless you decide to continue.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time by e-mailing steve@getpermitsignal.com or through the billing portal link in your receipt. Cancellation stops the next charge; briefs continue to the end of the period already paid. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Refunds

• First paid month: if it wasn't useful, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Later months: refunded in full if we failed to deliver briefs for more than 5 business days in that month for reasons on our side, or if we discontinue the service. Otherwise months already delivered are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exclusivity after cancellation

When a county-exclusive subscription ends, the county becomes available to another firm in the same trade. If you return later and the county is taken, we will tell you and offer neighbouring counties.
